Note: Only 100 copies were produced for this Nike Japan internal record, as a memorabilia for the Nike Air Uptempo Maximum 2003 sales campaign."Flow" is a a reworked version of the track called "Improvise" to be found on J5's self-titled debut album Jurassic 5 released in 1998, the mix is slightly different and the lyrics are basketball related.
